     4. you objected for reasons related to its specific situation (opposition under Article 21.1 of the GDPR) - until you find out whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Administrator are overriding the grounds of your opposition.
   • data transfer - by doing this we will provide you or a third party named by you with your personal details in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
   • opposition - to the processing of your data for reasons related to your specific situation where, in your view, processing affects your rights or freedoms. In specific cases, we can demonstrate that the processing of data is necessary due to the existence of valid legally valid grounds for processing, overriding the interest, rights and freedoms of the person whom the data relates to.
   • deletion of data ("right to be forgotten") - you have the right to "be forgotten", to delete your personal data if one of the following occurs:
     1. your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose they have been collected;

     3. the right to object to data processing has been effectively exercised;

     3. recipients or categories of recipients of which personal data have been or will be disclosed (in particulars of acceptances in third countries and international organizations and on how to secure the transfer of data to such entities);

     Information is provided without undue delay - and in any case within one month of receipt of the request. Due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests, the deadline may be extended to three months.

This right allows you to receive information about whether we process your personal information on the subject, and if so, the right to receive a copy of your personal data that we process. The right to access personal data allows you to verify the compliance of the processing with the law.
   
    
7. Complaint to the supervisory authority
   
   You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, if in your opinion, the processing of your personal data - violates the provisions of the EU GDPR regulation.
